We offer a 30-day return policy and  return policy. Please be sure to contact with us via support@enduraxphoto.com, if you dislike our product, or intent to return the products. We would like to help you go through the whole process, in case you spend some unnecessary time. 

RETURN POLICY:
  • You may issue a return within 30 days of receipt.
  • Return shipping charges are born by the customer and are non-refundable. 
  • If the return is caused by the product quality or the mistake from us, you will be guaranteed to get 100% refund or a free replacement.
  • Gifts redeemed are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 
  • Please contact our customer service at support@enduraxphoto.com to confirm the nearest warehouse address for you.
  • Items returned must be in the same condition that you received it and with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that is worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
  • We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without contacting us first.
  • Please be sure to attach the order number and the order screenshot of the item you purchased for us to verify.

REFUND POLICY

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email and discuss with you about the refund matter.
  • Please note, we only accept to refund to the payment account, which is the account recorded on our order system. Change account or refund to families' account are not acceptable.
  • The refund will be refund to you within 3 business days after we verify your account.
  • If you couldn't receive the refund, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of these and still can't received your refund yet, please contact us at support@enduraxphoto.com. Our after-sales department will help you reslove the issue.
